Evaluation of the Economic Impact of GEM Infrastructure Projects
Dr. Greg Gajewski, Assessment Specialist of LBGI wrote in a report to GEM and USAID, and we quote “The study has two purposes. The primary purpose is to evaluate the economic impact of GEM infrastructure projects over 2002 – 2010. The secondary purpose is to see the extent to which GEM infrastructure has had an effect on peace and order in the Barangay in which it is located.
